Work areas

Naturally, the three areas overlap and are inextricably linked. However, it is often advisable to focus, as far as possible, on one area at a time (without being blind to interrelationships) and remember that the endeavour with the working environment is not a single, isolated task, but an ongoing process.

The physical working environment and health

When it comes to health, you can meet experts with specialised knowledge of sound and acoustics, indoor climate as well as optimal lighting at work. We also work with optimisation of workflows within the company and offer ergonomic tools as well as movement products.

The organisational
working environment and competencies

According to the Working Environment Act, it is the management’s job to assume responsibility for the mental working environment. We offer competency development, mentoring and coaching at all levels of management to ensure the development of the mentally robust organisation.

The social working environment and
Well-being

Well-being is closely linked to everyday relationships. For this reason, Xsystems’ psychologists offer teaching, supervision, coaching and testing in regard to e.g. stress, communication and conflict management. This is both for the individual and for groups.
